Returns and Refunds

If you find yourself considering refunds or returns, it's likely because you've ordered a product from us, for which we extend our sincere gratitude.

Our collection features textiles that are handwoven or handmade, embracing manual irregularities and the natural fading of dyes as inherent characteristics rather than defects. This slight fading is a testament to the manual dyeing process and adds to the allure of these handcrafted textiles. It's worth noting that Indian Tradition and Handmade processes often result in charming unevenness, lending each piece a unique and distinctive quality.

In the event that the package you receive falls short of your expectations, arrives in poor condition, or shows signs of tampering or damage prior to delivery, we advise you to decline acceptance of the package and return it to the delivery person.

Our return policy grants you a 7-day window from the date of item receipt to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and packaged in its original wrapping. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at Upon approval of your return request, we'll furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package back. Please bear in mind that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

In areas where a pickup service is unavailable, you have the option to ship the product through an alternative courier. Upon presentation of the original shipping receipt, you'll be reimbursed for the shipping charges.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note: We currently do not provide exchanges or returns scheduled outside of India. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will arrange to send the exchange item.


After we receive the package and assess that the garment is in satisfactory condition, your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 days to the original source account. You'll receive an email notification confirming the refund. However, if the garment does not meet the specified conditions, it will be returned to you.
