Returns and Refunds

First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!"

The textiles used in our collection are handwoven/hand made. Manual irregularities and fading of dyes are not defects. A slight fading is the property of manual dye and the beauty of these handcrafted textiles. Indian Tradition and Handmade processes are prone to unevenness giving it a unique characteristic.

If the package you have received is not as expected, in bad condition, or if the package has been tampered with and damaged before delivery, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package. Kindly return it to the delivery person.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at manager@hangingthreads.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

There are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
If you wish to cancel your order, email to us at manager@hangingthreads.in within 24 hours.

Please note: We currently do not provide exchanges or returns scheduled outside of India. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will arrange to send the exchange item.

Refunds 

Once the package has been delivered to us, and the garment is found to be in satisfactory condition, your refund will be issued within 3 to 7 days to the source account. We will send you an email confirming your refund. If the garment does not meet the conditions described, it will be sent back to you.
