Fit And Size

Could you provide me with a women's size chart for reference?

You can find our women's sizing chart displayed alongside each product on our website. If you're uncertain about sizing or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us. Additionally, if the size you order isn't the perfect fit, exchanges are offered at no extra charge.

 

  Do you offer Extra Large/Plus Sizes?

Yes, we offer all ranges - S- XXL.  

Customization 

 Can you customize a dress for me?

Currently we do not do customisation.

I am interested in purchasing a dress which is marked sold out on the website. Can I still order it?

You can choose to pay by cash on delivery or by using all major credit/debit cards.

 

 How do I use my discount code?

On the Shopping Bag page, there will be a box where you can add the discount code.

 

 Do you offer discounts or end of season on your collections?

We offer discounts during sale and promotions.  Please subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.

We do not sell gift cards, currently. Please subscribe to our newsletter to know about our new services.

Reliable Deliveries And Pickups 

 

 Which countries do you ship?

We use ithink logistics courier aggregator. 

 

 Who are your courier partners?

We use xPressBess, Bluedart and Delhivery to send all our orders. 

 

 Where do you ship your order from?

All the orders are shipped from our studio in Kolkata,India.

 

 Can I choose the delivery date and time?

Please contact us regarding this.

 

 Can I make a purchase online outside of my current residence?

Yes, you can make a purchase online outside of your current residence by changing the shipping location to match your current location.  Please provide a local delivery address by email to us within 24  hours after placing the order.

 

 How will my parcel be delivered, and how long does delivery take?

All our orders are  delivered within 10-15 working days.

 

 How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please click on it to track your order.

 

 Can I make any changes to my order after placing the order?

Yes, you can email us at manager@hangingthreads.in within 24 hours of purchasing to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or the delivery address. 

 

 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, it can be changed if the order has not already been dispatched. Please send a mail to manager@hangingthreads.in. 

Do you cover the loss of stolen packages?

We do not cover loss of stolen packages. 

 

Return And Exchange

 

 How do I return my order?

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your garment, we're here to assist you promptly. Our return policy at Hanging Threads guarantees returns and refunds under certain conditions. Once we've received and processed your return at our studio, you'll receive a confirmation email to stay updated. You have the option of receiving store credit or a full refund. For more details, please review our return and exchange policy.

 Do you get a pickup arranged in case of return/exchange?

Yes, we arrange for all the return/exchange pickups from the same address, you can get in touch with us.

 

 How long does my returns and refunds take?

We guarantee a processing period of up to 14 days from the arrival of the returned package at our studio to initiate the refund process. Following this, you'll receive a confirmation email promptly. If you haven't received such an email within 14 days, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team here. Kindly provide proof of your return along with the list of items returned, and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

We strongly advocate for crafting fabrics that align harmoniously with nature. Our premium cotton fabrics, of exceptional quality, are meticulously designed to promote comfort and gentleness on sensitive skin, allowing it to breathe. All our fabrics are fully biodegradable and sourced ethically, aimed at reducing the carbon footprint.

Subtle variations and irregularities in our hand-printed, handwoven, and hand-spun fabrics are inherent characteristics. They contribute to the uniqueness of each product and should not be considered defects.

 

 Where are Hanging Threads dresses made?

All our dresses are stitched with the utmost care and finesse at our workshop in Kolkata,India.

 Does the actual product vary from the picture on the website?

Because of variations in brightness and monitor settings, the colors of the actual product may differ slightly from those shown in the product image.
